The Judge: Loy Wesselburg

We are very happy to welcome Loy Wesselburg as our jury member for this year:

Loy studied jazz guitar in Cologne and worked from 1991 as a composer for film music and audio brandings. Since 1995 he has worked as a film- and music producer. In 1999, he founded the music production company “loyproduction”, which with a team of arrangers, sound engineers, programmers and producers is increasingly active in the field of audio design. In 2015 he was awarded the German Film Music Prize for the best song in the film (“Here in the Rain” in “Lügen und andere Wahrheiten” with Meret Becker). Loy will help us to select the First, Second and Third Place winners and will give feedback to the top 30 entries via a short audio comment.
