As a manufacturer, we have an acute sense of our responsibilities, both to the customers who use our monitoring solutions as a basis for their livelihoods as well as to the environment in the context of sustainability. Our products not only meet the exacting technical and acoustic requirements of modern studios, they are also designed for reliability and longevity. Consequently, we offer a 5-year warranty that begins upon the registration of your product in the MyADAM user area; the warranty applies to our current product range (products that have been discontinued and are no longer offered by ADAM Audio are excluded from the warranty program. Information about the current ADAM Audio product range is available on our website). Should the unlikely scenario arise that your product needs to be repaired or replaced, you are protected from additional costs for half a decade.
The regulations in your region relevant to product warranties apply. When you buy an ADAM Audio product, you receive the standard warranty period of two years. On registering your product in the MyADAM customer area of our website, the warranty is extended by three years to a total of five years. Should warranty extensions be illegal in your region, we cannot extend the warranty period.
Please register your product in the MyADAM user area after your purchase (the date on the purchase receipt applies) to receive an extended warranty totaling five years from the date of your purchase.
When registering your product to extend your warranty, you are required to provide us with the following information via our website:
- Personal information (name, email address, country of residence)
- Dealer/reseller (where you bought the product)
- Date of Purchase
- Serial number
- Upload of the receipt (as PDF or JPEG)
The warranty covers repairs or, if necessary, replacement of individual components or the product as a whole as well as shipping costs within the country the product was purchased in.
This warranty limits neither the consumer’s statutory rights as set out in applicable national law nor the rights of the consumer with respect to the reseller or national distributor.
The warranty is valid only on provision of the receipt of purchase (original or copy, and the purchase date). Products whose serial numbers have been altered, deleted, removed or made illegible are excluded from the warranty. The warranty applies to faults or flaws in materials or construction processes prior to the date of purchase. It excludes damage incurred by the following:
- Improper mounting or connection of the product
- Improper use for a purpose other than the one the product was designed for
- Non-observance of the operating instructions
- Modification of the speakers, or faulty or incompatible accessories or other connected equipment
- Repairs or alterations carried out by unauthorized persons
- Accidents, lightning strikes, water, fire, heat, war, civil disturbance or other circumstances outside of the control of ADAM Audio.
Warranty claims from within Germany and from abroad
Should your ADAM Audio product display faults within the warranty period, please contact the reseller from whom you purchased your product. If this entity no longer exists, please contact your nearest ADAM Audio reseller. In cases where the product is not used in the country in which it was purchased, the repairs may be carried out by the ADAM Audio distributor operating in the applicable country. In this case, the costs are borne by the party who commissioned the repairs. The same applies to international shipping to and from the reseller from whom the product was purchased. Components requiring repair or replacement will, however, remain free of charge.

If you register your ADAM Audio product via a MyADAM user account to extend your warranty during the special offer period between 16 Sept 2019 and 31 Dec 2019, you will receive a voucher from that you can redeem here, letting you create a free 100-day trial account (offer valid as long as stocks last, provided on a first come, first served basis). TIDAL provides high-resolution audio files, including files in the MQA format (Masters Quality Audio). TIDAL trial accounts are generally limited to 30 days.
This TIDAL offer is open only to new TIDAL users who have not previously opened a TIDAL account.
When you activate the TIDAL offer described here, you will receive a free trial for 100 days of the so-called “HiFi” membership of the TIDAL music service.
At the end of the free trial period, your subscription will be automatically renewed at which point you will be charged for your subscription. “HiFi” membership costs €19.95/month (for pricing for your region, please contact TIDAL). To avoid incurring costs, you will need to have cancelled your subscription before the end of the free trial period.
If you want to cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription, you can do so by accessing your account settings, navigating to “Subscription” and clicking on “Cancel subscription”. TIDAL will take reasonable measures aimed at processing requests to cancel subscriptions within two working days after receiving the cancellation request.
