The Recruiting Process
After your application has been received by our HR department, you will then receive a confirmation email. We will check over your documents and, when there is interest, invite you to an initial, approximate 30-minute telephone or video interview.
We will go through your resume and answer general questions you may have about working at ADAM Audio. If you would like to take a closer look at our products in preparation, you will find a wide range of information on our website.
Step 1: Getting to know you
Well done, you impressed in the first interview! Proceeding this will be a specialist one-hour interview with one or two supervisors. This interview will touch upon your technical and professional expertise, and here you will be able to ask any questions you may have about the position.
Step 2: Professional interview
For some positions, we are interested to see how you will address challenges related to your work. Therefore, we may ask you to present a business-related case study. You will then have a few days to prepare the topic without much guidance, and your presentation will be checked over with interest by the relevant special persons in a follow-up (video) appointment.
Optional: Case study
In the final phase, you will meet one to two members of the management team, preferably (when possible) in the office, along with your potential supervisor.
Step 3: Final interview
If you’ve made it this far, then it’s “Welcome to the ADAM Audio team!”
Now that all the formalities have been taken care of, you’re probably already excited about your first day at work. You will gradually get to know the entire team, our processes and tools. A mentor will help you with initial challenges and your supervisor will coach you according to your needs and will always be available for you.
