  • How many of these were performed under warranty?
  • How many days does it take on average for the customer to get his repaired device back?
  • In how many cases has the repair been delayed due to missing spare parts?
  • What types of repairs are most frequent?
    E.g. "A5X: power supply failure", "S3V: interfering noise", "Sub 8: optical damage" ...
