H715 Reference Technology

Durable & Ergonomic Design

Built to last and designed to be worn comfortably for prolonged periods.

Metal Construction

Employing numerous metals throughout, the H715 Reference conveys a reassuring sense of durability and comfort, with every movement feeling tangibly robust. The individually milled aluminium yokes form a solid fixing between the headband and ear cups. The exterior steel grille of the driver housing maximises airflow to the ear, offering a comfortable listening experience. The steel mesh in which the driver sits plays a vital role in minimizing distortion and the linear frequency response of the headphones.

Spring Steel Headband

Developed for comfort and longevity, the H715 Reference headband is beautifully appointed with a tactile, stitched faux-leather outer trim. The padding is generously upholstered with memory foam and a soft cloth inner which features a central cutout to relieve pressure on the sensitive crown area. This combined with optimal clamping force thanks to the steel spring construction makes for extended sessions in total comfort.

Rotatable Earcups, Lay Flay Design, Dual-Sided Connectivity

The combination of memory foam earpads, an optimal clamping force, and rotatable earcups mean the H715 Reference adapts to the shape of the head around the ears and evenly disperses pressure when worn. The earcups can rotate fully to lay flat on the chest when not worn, or for storage and transport in the provided hardshell carry case.

The single-entry coiled studio cable allows users to connect the headphones on whichever side suits their preferences, environment, and workflow. A locking collar mechanism keeps the cable securely in place and reduces the chance of detachment if jolted.
