MyADAM joins The CollectiveCustomer Portal Migration
Industry
We are happy to announce that we are going to move the MyADAM customer portal to The Collective – a joint platform within the Focusrite Group – to improve our services and make things easier for our customers.
We are going to migrate the customer portal over the course of Wednesday, 26th August 2026. Please expect limited availability of the customer portal on that particular day.
If you have an active MyADAM account, there is nothing you need to do immediately; this is just a heads-up. When the time comes, we will gladly bring your data into The Collective portal for you. All your registered products will be waiting for you in the new portal. But you will be required to set up a new password for your account if you don’t already have a Focusrite or Novation product registered in The Collective.
What is going to change?
We are going to simplify the application for our 5-year Extended Warranty. If you have applied your products for the Extended Warranty, we will continue to store your proof of purchase for you – but it will not be downloadable from your account anymore.
Of course, you will still have quick and easy access to product information like manuals, firmware updates, or additional software. And not to forget the Free Plugins. Over time, we will be able to expand the benefits you know from the current MyADAM customer portal. Unfortunately, we will not be able to transfer your current voucher codes for the free plugins, so all third-party plugin offers will expire with the move to the new customer portal. But we will make sure to bring in fresh plugins as soon as possible.
Also, if you already have a The Collective and/or ADAM Audio webstore account, these will be merged.
How will this affect your privacy?
Your data will still be governed under the existing Group-wide privacy policy, with Focusrite Plc acting as Data Controller. Your privacy rights remain the same and the same teams and the same organizational measures remain in place to protect the information you share with us.
The Collective makes use of a cutting-edge third-party Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platform. This gives you an added layer of security for your account, including Multifactor Authentication, while helping us meet Privacy by Design principles and comply with modern privacy regulations. This platform is based in the UK. The vendor has no direct access to your data.
If you would prefer not to have your account migrated to The Collective, you can manually delete your account from within the MyADAM portal before 26th August 2026, or you can contact us at any time. We will make sure your data is not migrated, and your data will be automatically deleted when the MyADAM portal is decommissioned.
The ADAM Audio is available to answer any questions you might have, so please feel free to get in touch via our contact form.
